Receipt Printer

The address is on the printer’s own self-test slip
(hold FEED while switching it on). The ERP server cannot see the shop network, so the
phone sends the receipt — it has to be on the shop Wi-Fi.
Open this in the FDC ERP phone app on the shop Wi-Fi to print. A web browser cannot
talk to a printer on the shop network.
Seznik Rudra — the 4-inch label printer (bag labels)
From this phone the Rudra prints over the shop Wi-Fi only.
Over Bluetooth it prints from the FDC Billing tablet (⚙ → Printers), which has
a test button for both printers as well.

Order numbers are plain numbers — the 123 in “Order #123”. Either one works.

Every “Choose your look” card and every look’s link back to its character points at another product by slug. Rename or unpublish that product and the card starts serving a 404 on the live site. Check before the website builds.

The ERP asks Razorpay every 10 minutes (and on Sync now) because it stays
private and has no public webhook — nothing is ever logged twice. A Razorpay link you sent
files its receipt on the order by itself; a website payment matches its website order. Anything
else says Not matched: matching it only labels it — record the payment on the order
the usual way, so nothing is counted twice. Refunds stay in Razorpay; the ERP logs them as
Razorpay reports them.
